Lionsgate released a Tumblr site that features the fashions that will be worn in The Hunger Games movie (March 23.) Issue one of Capitol Couture was released today. The premiere issue featured Effie Trinket (played by Elizabeth Banks) wearing a pair of gold Alexander McQueen booties. And this is only the start of the Capitol fashion to be seen!
