Parlez vous francais?

So these are just some photos that I love from French Vogue.

I thought this photo spread was funny but I was also a little confused. Anna would never run something like this in American Vogue.

Au revoir!

So if you're on a TV show...you can model?

In the May issue of InStyle, there is a fashion spread called "Red, White, and Cool". And guess who the model for this spread is? Whitney Port from The City.

So first Taylor Momsen, now Whitney? I mean it was bad enough when Whitney and LC were on the cover of Cosmopolitan, but now actual spreads in fashion magazines?? Ugh...what next? Miley Cyrus ( ok I'm not gunna lie, I love the girl...but not for a fashion spread in a high end magazine).

*Sigh*...what is this world coming to?

Oh Little J....

Flipping through the May issue of Nylon, I see none other than Taylor Momsen. She's in the spread called "She's All That." It looks like little Jenny Humphrey is really trying to take her modeling career seriously. Enjoy, xoxo.

Love it...

Saw these destroyed Roxy jeans in the May issue of People Style Watch. I MUST HAVE THEM! But I am holding off until the 24th because the magazine gave a code (roxystyle9) to use on the website(roxy.com) from then until May 31 to get 20% off all full priced items, including these jeans that are already only $49.50!!! Happy shopping!!!

I Know It's Spring But....

In the May issue of Elle, in the Elle Fashion Trends section, there is a gingham page. As much as I love gingham, summery and fun, I prefer it without the ants. But I don't know, maybe I'm missing something. And don't get me started on the "Tree Huggers" section. Let me know what you think!

TG for Free Samples

I was flipping through Allure (yes the May issue with the unfortunate picture of the lovely Lively) when I came across  the Clinique Even Better foundation. I was always particularly fond of this ad. I really thought that it was cute that they put erasers around the bottle because the foundation claims to "even and correct".

Well, included in this ad was a free sample of the foundation in the Neutral shade. I instinctively tore it out and put it in my make up bag. I frequently receive free samples of beauty products (either from magazines or Sephora) however they usually just sit in my makeup bag untouched. So when I was putting on my makeup I eyed the Clinique sample. I decided to try it out. And the verdict...I love Love LOVE it!!!!

It's creamy, smooth, and it evens my skin tone!!!

I'm going to Sephora to get it tomorrow <333

You might as well break my heart...

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE Blake Lively. I think she's adorable. I mean, don't get me wrong, I am also a huge Leighton lover as well (I mean Blaire's outfits are always better than Serena's... unfortunately). But us blondes have to stick together.

So you can imagine my horror when I saw the May issue of Allure.
Not the girl's finest look. I literally asked out loud to myself, "Who is this?" I mean come on, she's gorgeous. So whoever decided to pale her out (even more), load up the chalky eyeliner, and suck the color out of her lips should probably get an evaluation from their boss. The look works on some girls, but apparently not Blake. Besides, no one could look good with the camera this close to their face.

I know that Allure is more of a beauty magazine than fashion, but couldn't they have settled for a portrait shot? I'm just saying.

It's okay Blake, we understand it's not your fault.
