So, I am a bad bad girl. I have nothing as far as money goes, but I couldn't help myself when I saw this Newport News top on Rachel Zoe in the April issue of Marie Claire. I literally got on my Blackberry and ordered one the second I gazed upon it. Not only is Rachel Zoe one of my top style icons, but the top was only $29 (plus shipping and handling) and it's so adorable!!! It was a very impulsive purchase on my part, but I just couldn't resist!
